I’m Pooja, founder of Chalk & Pen, a boutique marketing consultancy that helps small business owners simplify their marketing and show up with clarity and consistency. After more than a decade in senior marketing roles, I created Chalk & Pen to give founders a calmer, more intentional way to build their digital presence.

Noell’s Haven is a trusted home care agency serving the Triangle area, providing total care, specialized care, and customized nursing support for individuals and families.

For this project, I delivered a full digital refresh including content rewriting, SEO optimization, Calendly integration, lead capture setup, and Google Business Profile improvements — all designed to increase online visibility, build trust, and create a smoother client experience for this caregiving agency.
